Returns and Exchanges
Customer care and satisfaction is a priority at Cacties. We have made every effort possible to ensure the quality and craftsmanship of each product available on www.mycacties.com meets your highest expectations. Our products are carefully packaged to arrive to you safely and undamaged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or receive a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. When returning your purchase, please use the following to ensure that we will be able to satisfy your request:
- Contact Cacties Customer Care for your return Authorization Number.
- If at all possible please use our packaging or comparable to insure the product arrives undamaged and in original, re-sellable condition.
- Enclose the original packing slip or sales receipt with the return. Please note the reason for your return and let us know if we are to exchange the product or refund your greenbacks.
- Your refund or exchange will be sent to you once the product has been received and verified by Cacties.
- In case you have lost your giddy up and the Purchase is over 30 days, it will be accepted at the discretion of Cacties and will be subject to a 25 % restocking fee per item. Please contact Cacties Customer Care for details.
- In the event Cacties has sent your product in error, we will saddle up and have your purchase picked up and the correct item(s) sent Pony Express to your doorstep.
